#122.0 Writing down goals as a couple

Taking 30 minutes with your partner every couple of months could be the most beneficial thing you can do together.

It’s incredibly important to understand what each other’s goals and intentions are and if these aren’t aligned, it could create clashes between each individual.

Start small and don’t set extravagant expectations.

Write down a couple of things each of you would like to have achieved in the next 6 months.

Keep it simple and enjoy the quality time listening actively and being open and honest.

A great example could be opening a joint bank account to allow equal small contributions to save for a holiday coming up.

And as always, check in after a little time and see how you’re tracking.
