#190 The hardest hill I’ve run up – a great strength running workout

I’m currently blessed to be working in a community off the far north Queensland coast called Great Palm Island.

A beautiful area to provide our services and call home for a couple of days.

After investigating a water reservoir for the township we had to travel up an immense climb to access.

Stupid me later that afternoon decided to run up it, not just once but numerous times.

After doing so, I’d come to realise it was over 400 metres of elevation gain over a 10 km run.

This is the Strava entry I got off my watch, along with a couple of photos (which don’t do any justice whatsoever).
