#49.0 How To Get Better At Something

If you want to do something (anything that is), where do you start?

Start with the smallest step, literally.

Commence with the task that will take the least amount of willpower, motivation and effort.

If you want to floss your teeth every day, just do one tooth.

You’ll quickly realise that if you build enough character to actually start flossing that single tooth, how much more additional effort is required to do another one.

When you’re in position and ready, the next step is easy.

And so are the ones preceding.

All 24 or so many you have.
