#96.0 Record your workouts

Why is a financial budget so important to managing your personal expenses?

It makes you aware of your spending…

So when you workout, exercise, play sport or just go for a stroll, why wouldn’t you want to track that?

Keeping a log of your sessions allows that awareness and opens your eyes to the patterns, the routines and most importantly the improvement.

Whether you capture this information in a physical notebook with an old fashioned pen or you use a digital one, or even a tailored phone application (like Strava / map my run or the like), it doesn’t matter, as long as you can present the stats clearly and know your performance.

Consistency is always the issue, getting a session done when you don’t feel like it.

A log will provide assistance in keeping you on the oath so you know what you need to do day in and day out.

Get training and get recording.
