#203 Body recomposition for beginners (body info I wish I knew earlier)

At the age of 16 and 17 I spent a ridiculous amount of time researching how to develop the athletic and functional body type of the superheroes we grow up watching in movies and cartoons.

An “aesthetic” look as they describe it.

This is over 11 years ago now and since then I really haven’t learnt too much more on this topic.

Even having consumed copious amounts of related content.

Making a long story extremely short, the below YouTube video by Michelle Roots, literally summarises the entire arduous and extensive time consuming process I went through to explain the concepts of adjusting for an ideal body composition.

Yes, although there are many interrelated concepts mentioned, these are further explained by searching these additional items.

And can be understood in a rather prompt manner.
