I don’t think there’s anything that irritates me more than this.

A toilet roll on the holder with the loose section rolling from the bottom.

Why is this a thing? And more importantly, when it is this way, how do you actually unravel the roll to do the dirty work?

Please tell me something is awfully wrong.
