#112.0 Hydration Habit

Every night before the lights go out, a full tumbler of water is cast on my bedside table.

Upon waking the following morning, the first thing I do is take a couple of giant gulps of that prepared water and get on with the day.

During an average night of sleep one can be breathing for 8 hours straight with no fluid intake, therefore, it is paramount to replenish those losses.

Over that time it’s not realised how much water is lost through just breathing in and out air which is why I aim to get that water straight back in before tackling the day ahead.

Getting the small things right, has significant ripple on affects.
