#208 – Millions in the bank vs a fully stamped passport?

What would you rather?

A bank full of millions of dollars, or a passport full of travelled stamps.

For me, once you get to a certain threshold of income potential, your happiness as a result can only be directly correlated to your experiences.

Money can make you happy but not provide the deep lasting happiness a memory can or an adventure.

In other words, once you have enough money to pay for your rent, keep the lights on, put food on the table and maintain and support a healthy body, you can chase external goals outside yourself.

This is the root of the concepts outlined in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

Yes, you need money to survive however, the many countries you travel to are memories that are priceless.

Explore, travel, and experience as many things as you can.

I’d rather be scared of doing something than live with the pain of never actually doing it and regretting my choices.
