Where did you capture the video of the lookout on your home page?
Background
So far in my time of taking photos and videos, this single video would have to be a big standout in my eyes.
I have taken a lot of videos and an even more amount of photos, though have never watched back and replayed this particular as much as the others.
It gives me a unique feeling of pleasure, it’s quite difficult to describe.
The quality also makes me remember how it felt to be there, and I hope it does that for everyone who views it.
The Location
Therefore, without further ado the location of the video is:

What was I doing
I had never planned on going to Sealy Lookout after all but it caught my eye on a sign as I drove north along the Pacific Highway going home.
I decided to take a swift left turn and see where the road would take me.
Prior to this, I was on a road trip with a mate who was relocating down to Sydney.
He had a couple of days up his sleeve, so we decided to make a trip out of it and I would pass on some of my knowledge of the areas down south from where we grew up in Brisbane (more on that in another post).
We parted ways in a little town south of Coffs Harbour, known as Sawtell.
I headed north back home to the Gold Coast, and my mate headed to his new home in the big smoke of Sydney (where of course big smoke meaning very large and densely populated major city).
The Video
Once arriving, I snapped a few photos, literally like a kid in a candy store.
Then some of the people that were using the lookout all left and an opportunity presented itself.
I pulled out my phone and did a couple of practice videos, mucking around with the timing and walking etc, but finally, tah dah.
I captured my home page video.
