#169.0 First time eating fresh crayfish – Palm Island, Queensland

Whilst conducting work over on Palm Island we were blessed to purchase freshly caught local crayfish.

After a hard days work we promptly prepared the meal, as my colleague gad learnt from where he grew up in New Zealand.

Of course, not a crumb was left but the shell which remained.
