An extremely strategic business decision is allowing potential customers (cold customers) to use your product before they buy.

Try before you buy.

Essentially, you have no obligation to purchase the product you just used or borrow for free.

A great incentive, and very powerful tactic.

Today and yesterday the Nozawa Onsen ski resort hosted numerous ski and snowboard manufacturers across the world to allow riders to demo all of their brand new season gear before it has even hit the shelves.

A pretty amazing concept actually.

Myself and my partner Maggie all up got to use over 16 different snow boards between us.

Thank goodness a good outcome for both of us who had purchased new boards earlier in the season, as they turned out to be great, perfectly suited choices for both our individual needs and riding styles.

An excellent concept and an even better enjoyable experience for the consumer.
