#46.0 Peel Eggs Easy – all 1,500 of them

When you’re like me (well I don’t know if there’s anyone else out there like me), you know that getting enough protein in across the day can be difficult.

What makes matters further along the irritation spectrum, is that my favourite source protein comes from eggs.

Guess what they’re wrapped in.

A shell.

Between 4-6 everyday, is the number I consume.

Yes, I am not mistaken.

That’s nearly 1,500 per year.
